6 These signs - the proof of your love for the Prophet s.a.w
As Muslims we are enjoined to love the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and follow his way of worshiping Almighty Allah. But like every other love, the love of the Prophet (peace be upon him) should be expressed in words and actions. What are the signs of our love for the Messenger of Allah? In some cases, we can truly say that we love Him?
- You follow the message that He gave - the Koran.
Allah's words were revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, and we as believers, sincere in their faith in Allah and His scripture, should take the Koran as the main guide our lives and love of the Messenger (peace be upon him), whereby Glorious Quran reached us.This love encompasses reading, study and application of its provisions in life. Belief in sacred scripture is a part of faith, and the application of its provisions - other.
- You follow the Sunnah.
Every believer is at a different stage in relation to the Sunnah, and this is expressed in love for the Messenger. The more you love the Sunnah, the more you try to apply it in their lives. Love - means to admire and strives for example of the Messenger (peace be upon him), to apply their rules and habits in every area of life. When you know that any thing contrary to the Sunnah, you avoid it.
- You learn his life story and encourages others to do so.
Love - is to study what you love. Every believer in his quest to follow the Prophet (peace be upon him) should study his life. Biography of the Messenger (peace be upon him) is full of inspiring moments, all his life - one inspiration, his mercy, his love, his devotion, his beauty and character, all he had to go through to deliver their message to mankind. The Companions of the Prophet's biography taught their children. This is one of the most obvious signs of your love of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).
- You pray to Allah to grant him peace and blessings.
"Allahumma sally ala Muhammad" - a petition to grant the Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him) peace and blessing. And every time you say this prayer, Allah will grant you a ten-fold blessing. And every time you say a greeting to him, the angel gives him your prayers. And the more you pray to Him, the closer you'll be to Him in the Day of Resurrection and will find his intercession.
- I enjoy the fact that he loved (peace be upon him) and the people whom he loved (peace be upon him).
The Messenger of Allah loved certain things that are associated with the worship of God. For example, he fasted on Mondays and Thursdays, Sivak used, and loved the people of the righteous, which have been particularly close to him: Abu Bakp, Umar, Uthman, Ali, his family and companions in general. It is a challenge for most people who claim to love the Prophet (peace be upon him). The love for these people is manifested the true love of the believer.
- Do you remember about it.
When you love someone, all your thoughts are occupied with it. But the love of the Messenger - is not earthly love, is something special, our connection with the divine. The more you love the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), the more you think about it, how he would do in a given situation, remember his hadith and ask the Almighty to grant you eternal reunion in the world, at the highest levels of Paradise.
Allah Almighty, give us a true and perfect love of Thy Messenger (peace be upon him) and his Sunnah and allow us to follow His ways in this world and to meet Him in the next.
