The main key to peace of mind
The main key to peace of mind
"They believe, and their hearts are comforted by the remembrance of Allah. Is it not with the remembrance of Allah hearts attain peace? "(Surah Al 'Ra'd", verse 28)
All people on earth wish to find happiness and peace. To achieve this, they use different ways and means. In this regard, each has set itself a target. Someone thinks he will be happy if be rich, someone wants to do a good job, but someone to be happy to be with someone you love or just liked to go to university.
When a man reaches his goal, his joy is often very short, and then he suddenly discovers that happiness is not the point. Then he begins to look for the road again, which will lead him to the happiness and peace of mind. So a person goes through all the possible options. But in a way he often does not reach the happiness, in spite of all their efforts, and continue to feel the inner peace of anxiety.
Meanwhile, human happiness and peace of mind first of all depend on a calm conscience. Put differently, the person must be free from all that plagued his heart that constantly does not go out of his mind, that makes him feel remorse and repentance.
Conscience, by its very nature is subject only to the will of Allah and inspire man to believe in Allah, to perform the religious establishment, not to deviate from the truth and have a good temper. A real happiness and peace of conscience are possible only if a person believes in God, often to remember Him and to live according to their faith. So, in the above verse, we are talking about the truth:
"They believe, and their hearts are comforted by the remembrance of Allah. Is it not with the remembrance of Allah hearts attain peace? "(Surah Al 'Ra'd', 13:28).
In accordance with the Qur'anic verse, a prerequisite to achieve human happiness and peace of mind is the fact that his iman and frequent remembrance of Allah to them, committing dhikr. Iman is to believe in the blessed Prophet brought from Allah ta'ala commands and prohibitions, called "zarurat-and diniya", and without any doubt take it delivered the truth.
Dhikr is the remembrance of Allah, His names and syyfatov, thinking about them.Sometimes dhikr of three types, which are made tongue, the heart and the whole body.Dhikr heart suggests that one should always remember Allah and to think about Him.Dhikr language - a verbal remembrance of the names of Allah, praise Him, reading the Koran and prayer recitation of Dua. A dhikr body means that a person with all organs of your body should perform the commandments of Allah and avoid His prohibitions.
The next verse says that the dhikr can be performed in any position: "They remember Allah standing, sitting, and on their sides and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth:" Our Lord! You did not create it in vain. Glory be to You! Protect us from the torment of the Fire "" (Surah "Al-Imran," 3: 191).
And in Surah "Anfal" said that dhikr in the broadest sense, as well as reading the Quran with understanding its meanings and guide them in their actions have a believer in the soul a profound and positive impact.
Believers are only those whose hearts feel fear at the mention of Allah, faith which is enhanced when they read his verses that put their trust in their Lord, who perform the prayer and spend out of what We have bestowed on them ... "(Surah" Anfal ", 8 : 2-3).
Briefly mentioned in the above Qur'anic verse zikrullah who comforted the heart, is reading and listening to the Qur'an, remembrance of Allah with the words "SubhanaLlah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu akbar, la ilaha illallah", as well as care for the pleasure of Allah in every word, in every actually perpetrated. In other words, together with the remembrance of Allah and the words in my heart, remember it in all situations and to act in accordance with His pleasure.
In this case, the achievement of human peace of mind depends on relaxing the state of his heart. This is achieved by the remembrance of God, reading the Koran and the understanding of its meaning, a life in accordance with religious regulations. After all, the Creator of the human Allahu ta'ala knows when and where he will feel happy and find peace of mind.
