Merit of fasting during the month of Shaban

The servant of Allah leads in this present life a race towards the afterlife, and the winner is the one who jumps at the chance and takes care not to miss, then the loser is the one who let go.
We are experiencing a period where one makes a business successful with Allah, exalted is, i.e. the month of Sha ' ban during which most people do not have the desire to multiply acts of devotion. Gold here is its rules and its merits:

The virtue of fasting during the month of Sha ' ban:
And after Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet said:
« ' Every good work of the son of Adam is counted from ten to seven hundred times its value, except fasting, said Allah, exalted is he, that belongs to me and I grants compensation to my servant ' ' (Muslim).
Questioned on the meaning of ' ... except fasting, which belongs to me, and I grant the reward to my servant », Ibn ' Uyaynah said: "the day of Resurrection, Allah, exalted is he, deems his servant and take of his works to bring justice to those that this servant injured aura, and when it won't stay him that his fasting, Allah, exalted is, will take the grievances that remain dependant and will introduce his servant in Heaven because this young.

And after ' Abdallah ibn ' Amr, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, the Prophet said:
« The fast and the Koran intercede for the servant of Allah on the day of Resurrection. The young will say: ' my Lord! I prevented him to feed and satisfy his desire. Accepts my intercession in his favor '. And the Koran say: ' I prevented him from sleeping at night. Accepts my intercession in his favor '. "So, their intercession will be accepted » [Ahmed (al-Albaani: sahih)].
For his part, Abu Umama, may Allah be pleased with him, one day the prophet asked: "O Messenger of Allah, tells me a work that Allah, exalted is he, will make useful to me". The Prophet said to him: " am fasting, because he has no equivalent " [al-Nasa'i (al-Albaani: sahih)].
The first generation Muslims and fasting:
Dawud ibn Abî Hind undertook a young who spread over forty years, while his family knowing. He was tailor and he wore his supplies with him, but distributed along the way.

For his part, Abu Muslim al-Khawlani fasted, while he went to the conquest of the remaining Byzantine territories. When asked: "But, why appear you, while you are on a journey?", he replied: "if fighting broke out, I romprai my fast, I will prepare myself and I fortifierai me.Horses do not run the full belly to reach their destination, but the belly empty. Admittedly, we strive for other days, eternal.
Hadiths which deal with the merit of the fast during the month of Shaban
Aisha, said: «the Prophet fasted so we we say it did more to break his fast, then refrained so we we said that it wasn't going to take it back. '' I have never seen the Prophet a month full, except for Ramadan. "I never saw him perform supererogatory youth as often as during the month of Sha ' ban ' (Bukhari). She has said: "the Prophet was never as frequently as in shaban fasting. '' He fasted almost entirely.
And after ' Umran ibn Husayn, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet asked one of his companions:
- « You fasted the beginning of the month of Sha ' ban? »
-'No', he answered.
- « Then fasting two days ", continued the Prophet (Muslim). Al-Nawawi commented: "in this hadeeth, which opposes the other authentic hadiths prohibiting made young just before the month of Ramadan, the Prophet has indicated that this ban will not apply to the usual young. ''
The proof lies in the story of Aisha, who said: ' the Prophet was never as frequently as in shaban fasting. He fasted almost entirely ' (Bukhari).
And in the narration of Abu Daoud: ' during the year, he fulfilled the fasts of a month in full only during shaban that he linked to that of Ramadan', i.e. that he fasted much of this month, according to Ibn al-Mubarak.
The reason for the fact that fasting during the month of Sha ' ban is more common than in other months:
In his Tahdhib al-sunan, Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him says: "the fact that the Prophet was more fasting during the month of Sha ' ban in other months, has three meanings:
Firstly, he had the habit of fasting three days each month. However, he happened to be prevented from doing for several months, then it consisted of these days missed during the month of Sha ' ban before performing the obligatory fast.
Secondly, it was thus by celebration of the month of Ramadan, compared with supererogatory prayer completed before prescribed prayer to honor the latter.
"Thirdly, shaban is the month where works up to Allah, exalted is he, and he loved be fasting when his works rode up to him.
Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy on him supported this last explanation and said: "the most likely hypothesis lies in another more authentic hadith: Usama bin Zaid, may Allah be pleased with him and his father reported the following: ' unto the Prophet ' O Messenger of Allah, I only ever saw you perform as many naafil youth during the month of Sha 'ban'.". He answered me:
'Shaban is a month which lies between Rajab and Ramadaan and people forget. Yet it is the month during which the works go up unto the Lord of the universe, and I like to be in a State of fasting when my works go up to him ' [al-Nasa'i and Abu Dawood (Ibn Khuzayma: sahih)].
And according to Aisha, the Prophet said:
"'Allah inscribed every soul that must die during the year, and I would like the day of my death to be enacted while I'm fasting' (Abu Ya' the).
