The woman and the purification of the soul during the month of Ramadan

For most Muslims, the month of Ramadan, means much more than the simple ventral and sexual abstinence. It is an opportunity to revitalize the soul.

The so-called al-layl "Taraweeh prayer", the breaking of fasting, the Iftaar, in family or between friends are the highlight of the year for many Muslims. However, for many Muslim moms it is becoming increasingly difficult to assume their roles: work, child, home maintenance and the new responsibilities which it is supplemented during Ramadan.
So how can moms manage all these functions and even reserve a time for their practice, their spirituality and their worshipping?

We know that the month of Ramadan is a kind of training for Muslims. It is an opportunity to renew the good practices and develop good habits that we hope maintain until the next Ramadan. An example of these habits is to pay attention to these intentions before any action. Have a pure and noble intention is a form of worship, it's an easy way for women to worship even with a busy job. Whether you're washing, preparing breakfast or other meal or to give your son a bath after a long day, give a good intention to all this can make the difference between a simple household task and an act of worship. We must always pay attention to our intentions.Ramadan is a great time to wake up this kind of practice.

Classify responsibilities by order of priority

Once the problem of intention set, we can make some changes in our daily busy schedules in order to better appreciate the benefits of this month. Occupied by their daily tasks, moms need to establish priorities for this month to determine what activities will be the most beneficial. The time is limited to us and it is therefore impossible to accomplish everything we want to accomplish, hence the need to establish priorities and create a list.

There are few tasks or our day-to-day responsibilities that we see during Ramadan. By eliminating something of our calendar (temporarily), we can take the time for other activities and practices that will be most beneficial for us.

During Ramadan, it is recommended to be even more diligent prayers in common at the mosque, read the Noble Quran with greater intensity, do more dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and more invocations. If the mosque needs to be cleaned, can possibly have. Remember that no act is negligible and that it has only little better time to earn a greater reward than during the month of Ramadan.

Women have lots of opportunity to barter activity by another.Feed your soul instead of your body to the breaking of the fast: the customary pause for lunch is a great time to get out of the office and focus your energy on something other than your job. If your break is long enough, you can go to the mosque for a few minutes of spiritual retreat. If it is not long enough, spend time with an i - Pod or other device to your office to listen to the Koran, a lecture or a course.

Made a few dhikr during your dinner

Many women believe that the kitchen is one of the most important aspects of this month. This should not be so, but the more elaborate Iftaars are, in some cultures, only delicious preludes to a more complex dinner. Muslim women must make efforts to avoid falling into this trap.
Ramadan is not only the month of gastronomy. It comes to appreciate what we have and to be aware of the chance to have as many others have not. As a result, Cook Astronomical meals to our friends and our family is not the best way to see the benefits of this holy month. Perhaps can we simply Cook and distribute some of the food to the mosque for the Iftaar.

Rather than sing or discuss while you cook, try to make dhikr.Pronounce the names of Allah and rely on it is one of the easiest ways for even the busiest of moms, make the most of his time during the month of Ramadan. "While stirring the dish, why not say:"Subhaan Allah", with the aid of the table:"Alhamdullli Allah". Time you will be accustomed to this, you will see how it is easy to make Dhikr in any place and at any time.
Invoking Allah while the children sleep
If your husband is absent because it is at the mosque to perform Taraweeh prayers and that your children are too young to accompany him, put them to bed and pray you also.Fulfil your obligations towards the members of your family does not mean that you have filled in all those towards Allah.
If you need to sleep early, pray therefore later in the night just before the fajr prayer. You can perform two Rak'ahs simply up to eleven if you feel the form.
Ramadan is an opportunity not to be missed

Another way to ensure that mothers can feed their souls in this blessed month is not looking for opportunities to do so but by creating them. In other words, we can make the decision to do something, then do it.
For example, if you know that you know that your free time is at the time of the prayer of Dhohor, children are in school, you must therefore take advantage of this moment to multiply acts of worship. Of course, the Taraweeh prayers are beneficial, but if you can not make then want to do something else.

Do not think that if you have not completed the qiyaam al-layl, or that you do not got up enough before the Fajr prayer to pray, you missed your month. The objective of this month of Ramadan and to put in place practices that we will maintain throughout the year. This is really the goal.
If we go in this direction, we will gain a great reward. We can intensify our practice during this month but we must keep in mind that what we do can be done throughout the year. It is best to avoid believing that Ramadan is a temporary situation and that things return to normal once it is completed.Develop habits that are spiritually beneficial and hold during the year rather than reserve them only for this month: here's the resolution that we all take for this month of Ramadan.
