The strongest verse, among the commands good and forbidding bad

"O you who believe! Take care of yourself. If you have followed the right way, then you do not hurt someone who has fallen into error. All you have to return to Allah, and He will tell you about what you used to do. "(Sura h"Maida", verse 105)

In various verses of the Qur'an contains insistence to command the people to approve and to keep them from forbidden and will never forget this collective responsibility. For in order that society can continue to live in peace, to preserve the material and spiritual values, it is necessary to encourage people to do good and does not give them the opportunity to commit the crime. In other words, to act mechanism of public control.
The above verse Almighty Allah warns those Muslims who do not follow their religious and social duties, as well as the comforts of those Muslims who are upset that the unbelievers do not respond properly to calls for Iman and continue to do mischief.
The verse is given a list of tasks, ranging from the personal responsibility of each and concluding the collective responsibility of the entire society. After all, the provision of universal harmony and order in the society is possible only if the performance by each of its members of their responsibilities. A healthy society should consist of individuals who are aware of their responsibility and, above all seeking to reform themselves. It is this demand that mu'minov in the Qur'anic verse.
According to some scientists, it is the most powerful of the Qur'anic verse, which refers to the principle of "command and be approved to prohibit reprehensible."Use in this verse the pronoun "About Me" refers to all mu'minam. For all Muslims form a single whole, as required by their religious consciousness. Not without reason in the 71st verse of the sura "Tauba" about the duties referred to in the following way:
"The believers, men and women are friends and protectors to each other. They are told to make endorse and prohibit reprehensible, perform prayer, pay Zakat, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah have mercy on them. Indeed, Allah - the Exalted in Might, the Wise. "
In this case, the above-mentioned aya can give a sense of, "Oh mu'miny! Take care of yourself and your brothers in the faith, try to instruct them by persuasion and edification to explain to them the commandments and prohibitions of Allah. If you yourself and your brothers in faith will stand firm on the true path, the lost and the conflict with the devil will not be able to bring you any harm. "
To put it another way, if you're on the right way and really disbelieve his Lord, will be to do all his commandments and prohibitions, halal will be considered halal, and forbidden considered haram, will purify themselves and do righteous deeds, going to do something, thanks what you'll get the pleasure of Allah and get closer to Him, will be approved by the command and forbid reprehensible, if misguided and criminal line will not bring you any harm. " (Tabari "Dzhamiu'l Bayan fi Ta'wilyu'l Qur'an", V / 94).
Of course, from this verse can not make such a conclusion: "Let no one interfere in the affairs of others, and thinks only of his correction. one someone else's mistakes do not touch. " If we look at the complex all related to the topic verses, we can draw the following conclusion: "Everyone is responsible for the execution of his duty to his family and loved ones. This responsibility also includes the need to be approved by the other command and forbid reprehensible. When a person is completely fulfill all these duties, while other errors do not harm him. "
According to one rivayatu when the venerable Abu Bakr (ra) saw that with time, Muslims began to interpret this verse in this sense, which could cause the strengthening of the views of "Why I need it", he addressed them with these words: "O people! You read this verse and give it does not match its true meaning interpretation. That's what I heard from the Messenger of Allah: "If people see any injustice, but do not fix it, then Allah Almighty will punish them all at once. Therefore commanded to do good and forbid the bad.
Let none of you do not be fooled, understand this verse correctly, and let them not say, "Why do I need? I'll take care only of themselves, the rest does not concern me. " By Allah, or you will command the good and warning against evil, or Allah will put you over the worst of you, and they will make you relive the worst of tortures. Then the best of you will pray, but their prayers will not be accepted. ' " (Tirmidhi, "Tafsir", 6).
