LIVING UNDER A ROCK The 3000 inhabitants of Setenil las Bodegas in Spain almost literally live under a rock. Indeed, many stone homes are built in and under the rock wall carved out by the river Río Trejo. These are for practical reasons that people settled there. The wall and the surrounding caves provide protection against heat summer and cold winter. Furthermore, it has to build a wall or two to have a closed housing. Believed that the wall is inhabited since prehistoric times.
