One of the 7-a terrible sin, called the Prophet Muhammad

"Do not go near the orphan's property except for the sake of it, until he attains the age of majority. And be true to our promises, will call for pledges for you to answer. " (Surah Al 'Isra', verse 34)

Parents attach great importance to the education of their children, care for them, and this is natural. However, when it comes to children who grow up deprived of parental care, then they need to be the same and even greater care, to surround them with love and care of the property to which they got by inheritance, or which provided them a state. Therefore, those who take orphans under their care, have to worry not only about their education and training, but also to take responsibility for the safety of the property of orphans. No wonder the Qur'an attached great importance to this issue, emphasized the importance of his duty by those taken to protect the property of orphans.
In an our theme Qur'anic verse, it is a question that is prohibited to use the property belonging to the fatherless, for their own purposes, that sharia be allowed to use it exclusively in the interests of the child and with a view to augmenting. When orphans reach the age of majority, guardians lose their right to dispose of their property. And here it is very important that carers are not trying to spend the property of orphans before they grow up because this behavior contradicts Allah's settings. Here is what is said about this in the verse:
"Test the orphans until they reach marriageable age. If you find them mature mind, you also give them their property. Do not consume it, wasting, in a hurry, before they grow up. Who is rich, let him abstain, and who is poor, let him eat at justice. When you give them their property, do it in the presence of witnesses. But enough is Allah scores. " (Surah Al 'Nisa', 4: 6).
Before Islam people spend the property of orphans in its sole discretion. To freely dispose of property-orphan girls are married to them, or married to their sons. When the verse was revealed "Do not approach the orphan's property ..." Disciples, kiram became very worried about this.
They fully shared the property of orphans from their own property, even food waste separately started. However, this behavior has created a number of problems in the care of orphans. One of the Companions said Honorable Prophet, that they have no ability to support orphans in a separate house and cook their meals separately. To save people from such misunderstanding, to clarify the problem and to reassure Muslims, it was revealed the following verse:
"They ask you about orphans. Say: "Do good to them - well. When you combine their business, then surely they are - your brothers' "(Surah" Baqara ", 2: 220).
According to the Verse, it is important to not only take good care of the orphan, but also try to increase its assets by merging with his possessions in one common cause. This is nothing reprehensible, if it does not spend the property of orphans. However, the income received after deduction of expenses should be given to orphans in accordance with the proportion of their assets in a common effort, or put to their account.
Allah Almighty said that those who unjustly devour the property of orphans, fill their bellies with fire and will burn in the Flame. (Surah Al 'Nisa' 4:10). Our Prophet also among the seven deadly sins and the assignment of the property called orphans and warned against it.(Bukhari, "Tafser", 23; Muslim, "Iman", 145).
And in another Hadith the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said that on the night of Miraj, he saw people who were kept in the mouth hot stones from the fire, this was their punishment. When he asked Jibril about who they are, he said, that these people on earth unjustly devour the property of orphans. (Ibn Hibban, Sahih, the XXIII, 57, hadith number 5657).
If we commit ourselves to take care of the orphan, then we have to be very careful with his property, he was not in vain and spend the contrary to try to increase the property. As long as they are in our care, we must take care of them even more than their own children. It is necessary to approach to their property only with good intentions. Islam prescribes very carefully and take good care of the property, and when these orphans reach the age of majority, to return it to them intact.
